Live Radio Drama Performance

The Department of Communication’s radio drama series Theater of the Mind is heading to Roswell for a special Valentine’s Day live performance of its latest comedy, Will Someone Please Tell Me What’s Going On Here? Saturday, February 9 at 7:30 p.m.

WWII writing contest sponsored by RCLT

Participate in the RCLT writing contest:
Memories from WWII!
Your stories are important. Write a short true story about a memory you have from your experience during WWII (or a story told to you from someone else’s experience). These stories will be collected after the contest and sent to Roswell Aviation Museum for their continuing collection of history. Please document who told the story to you.
Rules: Typed, double spaced, less than 2500 words. Postmark by March 30, 2013 to: RCLT writing contest, PO Box 305, Roswell, NM 88202-0305 Or Email by March 30, 2013 to Bignell@aol.com
Have cover page with name, address, and phone number of the person submitting the story.
The top three stories will be awarded a Prize at the end of the play: The Beams are Creaking (Sunday – May 19th); You will be notified by phone if your story is a winner. Each entry will receive one complimentary ticket to use at any of next season’s 2013-2014 RCLT plays.
The 1st place winner will have the story published on RCLT’s website and have an opportunity to work with our playwright to adapt the story to play format.
